 2015 5th Annual Race Director Symposium

The 5th Annual USA Triathlon Mideast Race Director Symposium will be in downtown Chicago just steps away from the Magnificent Mile at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, December 5th. The Symposium is a great opportunity for race directors to meet and network with peers across the Region, engage with USA Triathlon personnel, speak one-on-one with various multisport vendors, and become informed on various issues and trends facing the multisport industry.

The 2015 Symposium will include a key note presentation from Robbie Ventura, Vision Quest Coaching, as well as presentations from Jim Flint (150 Sports), Bill Burnett(Streamline Events), Tara Gearhart(Hubspot), and Jesse Kropelnicki.  The agenda will also include a structured panel with experienced race directors from across the region.

Breakfast and lunch are included along with continuous snack and beverage breaks throughout the day.  To celebrate our 5th Anniversary, a small reception will follow at the conclusion of the Meeting.

Registration: $50 by November 4th! Meeting space is limited! Note: REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON! Please check back.

Hotel group rate: $149/night. Reserve by before November 4th to secure hotel reservations at our special group rate for Friday, Dec 4th and/or Saturday, Dec 5th. Room availability is limited. Online hotel reservations will be available when Meeting Registration opens.  Please check back.

Parking: Valet – $64/day or Self-park $45/day
